Privacy notice

This notice covers codexsmith.com, run by CodexSmith. If you have a question about your information, email sales@codexsmith.com.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Project inquiries and consultations: your name, email, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, company, country, service of interest, budget range and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, the role you are interested in, a profile or portfolio link, and your message. Phone is optional.
• The page you sent the form from, so we know which service or role you were looking at.

We use your details to reply to your inquiry or application, and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list, or use it for advertising.

When you submit a form, your details are sent by email to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions. Our site is hosted by a third-party provider, which may keep standard server logs.

To limit spam, we briefly check your IP address and email against recent submissions. This check happens in memory, is not saved, and is cleared within 15 minutes.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Images may be served from content delivery networks, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them.

We keep inquiry and application emails only for as long as we need them to respond, manage any resulting engagement or hiring process, and meet our legal obligations.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email sales@codexsmith.com and we will reply.
